This grant supports the development of leadership qualities among members of vulnerable communities, enhancing their skills and values to improve their own lives and those of their communities.

The concentration of the tribal population in the Khunti district is very high. Khunti district is predominantly inhabited by Munda tribes, who are surrounded by rich agroforestry resources yet exhibit high levels of malnutrition. Food security is a pressing concern for most families in the area. Many indigenous foods are highly nutritious, but their consumption is declining. This grant supports the reduction of malnutrition by supporting the increased consumption of indigenous foods.

The project aims to reduce mental stress and improve coping skills for the parents of children with special needs.

Project Saath – Bringing together the voices of development practitioners.

Azad focuses on women and girls’ education and skill development, economic and social empowerment, leadership, community engagement, and research and innovation. It works towards expanding access to quality education for women and girls, especially from marginalised communities, and providing transformative skill education to enhance their employability and economic independence.

Women Connect First works to improve the lives of Black, Asian and other minoritised women and communities in South Wales. This grant supports their work to build on the policy and influencing successes they have had to date as an organisation advocating for ethnically minoritised migrant and diaspora community issues.

The Unity Project (TUP) works to support people affected by the ​‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF) policy, to remove the NRPF condition from their leave to remain status. They run weekly casework sessions, provide appointments and workshops for people with NRPF to help make ​‘Change of Conditions’ applications and pursue lasting policy change and strategic litigation. This grant provides core funding to support TUP to develop their systems and processes.

the3million is the largest campaign organisation for EU citizens in the UK, formed to protect the rights of people who have made the UK their home. They work to defend the rights of EU citizens through advocacy in UK and EU institutions, campaigning, and ensuring that EU citizens in the UK know their rights and are empowered to stand up for them. This grant provides core funding to enable the3million to action their campaigning priorities.
