Join our grants team and further our work to build a just society.

Roles available

We are looking for two Grants Managers, one focusing on our Arts Education work and one on our Migration work.

Our Arts Education work encompasses two funds – Arts-Based Learning and Teacher Development. Across both, the team have a shared interest in seeing how the arts can build equity in education, enrich the lives of young people, and develop the practice of teachers.

Our Migration Fund is interested in migrant justice, and bringing about a world in which everyone is free to move and no one is forced to move. The fund focuses on addressing the root causes of injustices faced by migrant and diaspora communities.

As a Grant Manager, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with the organisations we support

  • Be the key point of contact for grantholders

  • Assess applications and make funding recommendations

Working at Paul Hamlyn Foundation

Our work is informed by our values – collaboration and connection, trust, openness, and thoughtfulness. We aim for these values to be felt by everyone who works with us.

As well as these values, we are also motivated by a shared commitment to being an anti-racist funder. We made this commitment in 2020, and believe it is foundational to our work.
