Developing school & family strategies to prevent exclusion

To provide bespoke intervention programmes and personalised support to improve attendance, behaviour and progression for young people in four Lincolnshire schools, including three special schools. The schools intend to sustain the programme beyond our support and extend it to benefit other schools.
