Halima Khan

Halima is an experienced leader in grant-making, government and the social sector. She specialises in innovation for social good and, in particular, people-powered approaches which build people’s dignity, hope, purpose and agency. 

Halima has worked for more than a decade in foundations and grant-making – including as a member of the England Committee at The National Lottery Community Fund and formerly as an Executive Director at Nesta, the UK’s innovation foundation. 

Halima has also been a senior official in national, regional and local government working across social policy including disability, young people, education and skills, civil society and public health.
