JERICHO Foundation: Youth Strategic Investment Fund Partnership Summary 2019–24

JERICHO is an award-winning Birmingham charity and family of seven social enterprises that provide supported work opportunities for people who are disadvantaged in the labour market and in wider society.
In this report, we explore JERICHO’s work since joining our Youth Strategic Investment Fund. In the five years we have supported them through the Fund, JERICHO have transformed their work through a difficult Covid transition while staying true to their mission of supporting marginalised young people. We also reflect on our learnings as a funder using this long-term, deep investment model.
