Sam Speer

Sam joined Paul Hamlyn Foundation in August 2024, where he supports organisations working with and for young people. Prior to this, he was part of Young Camden Foundation, a borough-based youth sector infrastructure organization, where he led on cross-sector partnerships and small grant making. Before that, Sam worked at Tutors United, a social enterprise offering free tuition to children living in social housing, and also spent several years in the Civil Service. Sam is passionate about leveraging strategic grant making to amplify the voices and impact of young people and their local communities.
