Paula Gay

Paula joined the Foundation in 2023 as Director of People and Culture. She comes with over 20 years’ experience within Human Resources in the public, private and third sectors. 

She was formerly the Director of HR at Piclo Energy, a cleantech company aiming to decarbonise the grid, and has held previous positions at the Goldsmiths’ Livery Company and Options Consultancy, as well as 10 years at the British Red Cross in its International HR division. 

Alongside work Paula holds two Non-Executive Trustee roles with Women for Women International and Inspiration for All.
