Paul has spent most of his career in roles aiming to realise the potential of the arts to contribute to people’s personal, social and educational development. He is an advisor for the Teacher Development Fund and the Arts-based Learning Fund.
Paul has spent most of his career in roles aiming to realise the potential of the arts to contribute to people’s personal, social and educational development. As CEO of Into Film, he led the establishment and development of a film learning programme used by over a third of UK state schools. Prior to that he was Director of Learning and Engagement at the Royal Ballet and Opera, and also worked in education roles at the Royal Shakespeare Company and English Touring Opera. He is currently Director of Engagement and Impact at Birmingham Royal Ballet. He is a trustee of National Youth Ballet and the Royal & Derngate Theatre, Northampton.
Paul is an advisor for the Arts-based Learning and Teacher Development Funds.
