Nicola Kiely

Nicola joined PHF as HR Assistant in September 2026 with a number of years’ experience working in HR and volunteer support within the education and charity sector. Before that she previously worked in pr and communications for the charity and not for profit sector in and around London. 

When not working at PHF, she volunteers as a careers coach with the Shaw Trust supporting young people aged 16–24 years who are trying access suitable training or employment opportunities – providing one to one career guidance, job search skills and interview preparation. She holds a BA in Humanities from the University of South Wales.
