Mayline Amegan

Mayline is the Grant Systems & Business Analyst at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, where she leads on developing and improving PHF’s grant-making systems and wider digital processes. She joined PHF in 2026, bringing experience across technology, higher education and the cultural sector, with a focus on systems design, data and organisational operations. Mayline studied at the London School of Economics and the University of the Arts London, where her interdisciplinary work explored the relationship between technology, social systems and power. She is particularly interested in how digital systems shape decision-making, accountability and access within institutions, and how they can be designed to better serve organisations and the communities they support.
