Emily Barks

Assistant to the Chair and Chief Executive 

Emily joined Paul Hamlyn Foundation in 2026 as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chair.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Emily was supporting the CEO, Board and wider leadership team at a charity providing care and support to people on the autism spectrum and with learning disabilities. She has a range of administrative experience spanning over 6 years. Emily has a passion for reading and hosts a monthly book club in her hometown.
