Dhivya O’Connor
Dhivya joined PHF as Interim Director of Grants and Strategic Delivery in October 2026.
Dhivya brings over 26 years’ senior leadership experience across international development, gender equality, education, health and finance. Rooted in her early life experiences in India, Dhivya has a deep commitment to championing gender equality, education and social justice.
An accomplished charity CEO, Dhivya has led several impactful organisations, including the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, The Girls’ Network, United World Schools, the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and Children with Cancer UK. She also serves on the Board of the Coutts Foundation.
Dhivya also creates and hosts The Charity CEO Podcast. A purpose-driven leader, Dhivya is dedicated to building the partnerships and ecosystems needed to drive lasting social change.
