Andy Headley

Andy is a co-founder of Veritas Asset Management where he manages the firm’s global equity strategies. 

Prior to founding Veritas in 2003, Andy worked as an investment analyst and portfolio manager at Newton Investment Management (1996–2001) and at WP Stewart (2001–2003). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC in 1996 and is a graduate of Durham University. 

Andy and his family support a variety of educational charities, mainly involved in helping children and young people who are experiencing disadvantage, including Harris Federation, Arbib Education Trust and Outward Bound. He was a trustee of Paul Hamlyn Foundation from 2021 to 2024.
