Shreya Gautam

Project Manager

Shreya joined PHF in July 2023 as a Project Manager in the Migration and Integration team. She previously worked at IDinsight – an international development advisory firm on projects across India, Indonesia and Kenya on labour market welfare and governance issues. Prior to that she worked as an Associate at Mission Measurement in Chicago, aiding non-profit funders on making high-impact investments and as a Researcher at Alliance for Peacebuilding in Washington DC creating an open-source indicator database to aid impact measurement of peacebuilding projects. Shreya has a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Chicago. She is interested in the intersection of just allocation/redistribution of resources, international economic security, and human rights, especially for migrants.
