Shared Ground Fund: Theory of Change

The Shared Ground Fund was established in 2015 to focus our funding in the areas of migration and integration. Working with the Fund’s independent Learning Partners, Sophie Ahmad and Shelley Dorrans, we have developed this theory of change to help reflect on, learn from, and improve work in these two interrelated fields. This document sets out the context for the Shared Ground Fund, the changes the Foundation hopes to see in these areas, our view about how those changes might come about, the environmental factors that may affect this, and the specific contribution that the Foundation can make.
