Tatiana Monteiro

HR Advisor (maternity cover) 

Tatiana is our HR Advisor and maternity cover for Beth Marshall.

Tatiana joined the Paul Hamlyn Foundation in January 2024 as HR Advisor. With a BSc in Social Work, her professional experience includes previous roles in housing/​charity, retail, education and most recently B2B Marketing Agency. 

Having completed the CIPD Level 5 in HR Management, she looks at the People sector as an ever-developing network approach to the employer – employee relationship.
