Ruth Pryce is Head of Programme – Young People, leading our strategic priority supporting organisations working with young people and young people leading change.
Ruth has always worked in the not-for-profit sector, starting out volunteering with and then leading a small charity, STAR (Student Action for Refugees), and moving to grant making, initially at BBC Children in Need (the UK’s largest independent grant-maker for children and young people).
Ruth has experience with large government funders and small family trusts in the UK and Australia, and in designing strategy and delivering ambitions grant programmes focused on social justice.
Ruth is passionate about the power of young people to challenge injustice and inequity and focused on ensuring young people are empowered, their rights respected, and their voices heard, valued and central in driving change.
