Pat Cochrane is a freelance consultant specialising in pedagogy, professional learning, leadership development and evaluation. She supports the Teacher Development Fund.
She has over 20 years’ experience of supporting and developing creative and arts learning programmes in the UK and internationally, collaborating with school and system leaders, government agencies, NGO’s, teachers, and creative and cultural organisations, and was founding CEO (1997) of creative learning organisation CapeUK (now IVE).
Pat has been involved with the Teacher Development Fund (TDF) from its outset, initially as a partner in one of pilot projects with the RSC and over the past three years as evaluation support consultant to the programme.
