Letícia joined Paul Hamlyn Foundation in September 2022, bringing over seven years’ experience in the migrant rights sector.

Most recently, she led the Greater London Authority’s strategy to increase access to immigration and holistic advice for migrants across the capital, the development of the Mayor of London’s Migrant Londoners Hub, and advised on migration policy.

Prior to this, Letícia led research and policy responses to prevent and address labour exploitation, coordinating two cross-sector civil society coalitions. She also supported casework of migrants and people seeking asylum in the UK, and conducted research on rights-based approaches to migration.
